Return Policy

14‑Day Return Right

You have 14 calendar days from the date your package is received to request a return—no reason needed.

Return Conditions

Returns are eligible only if:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and labels attached.
  • Free from any odors (perfume, smoke, body scent).
  • Includes original packaging, accessories, and any gift items.
  • Not marked as ‘final sale’ or non-returnable.
  • Hygiene items (e.g., underwear, swimwear) have intact hygiene seals.
  • Items are not custom-made or personalized.
  • Return is submitted within the specified timeframe.
  • No signs of damage, excessive wear, or misuse are present.
How to Return
  1. Complete the return form via our portal (link in your order confirmation or kenzellaey.returnless.com).
  2. Repack your item securely with packing slip and return form in the original packaging.
  3. Ship your return:
    • EU customers: use the return label provided.
    • Non-EU customers: please arrange return shipping via your own courier.
    • Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
  4. On arrival, your return undergoes inspection within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Please allow a total of up to 14 business days for the refund to reach your account. If you don't see it after 15 business days, contact info@kenzellaey.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, notify us promptly. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement if desired.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item via the above process and place a new order.

EU Cooling-Off Period

Customers in the EU have the legal right to cancel or return their purchases within 14 days, with no justification required, in addition to our store policy.
