Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
  • Orders are processed within 1 business day (Mon–Fri).
  • Delays may occur during new launches or peak periods.
2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times
  • Netherlands: 1–4 business days – VAT included
  • EU: 3–7 business days – VAT included
  • Non-EU (International): 7–14 business days – Duties/taxes paid at checkout (DDP)
3. Shipping Rates
  • Calculated at checkout.
  • International orders include duties/taxes for transparency.
4. Tracking
  • Tracking code emailed once shipped.
  • May require up to 24 hrs to activate.
5. Address Changes

Cannot be made after dispatch. Please ensure the provided address is correct.

6. Customs & Import Fees

Paid upfront by you. Kenz Ellaey is not liable for local customs delays or additional requirements.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages
  • We use reputable couriers.
  • If delayed >10 days, email info@kenzellaey.com and we will assist with an investigation.
8. Collection & Restrictions
  • Some regions may have limited shipping or restrictions.
  • We’ll notify you if unable to ship to your address.
9. Holidays & Blackout Periods
  • No shipments on public holidays.
  • Processing times may vary during promotional periods or launches.
